If you are running Windows, then you need to read this.

Microsoft has confirmed a vulnerability threat that affects all versions of Windows.  Details were shared on the Full Disclosure mailing list earlier this week and then the crew from Redmond followed up with two separate blog posts discussing ramifications of the problem and suggesting workarounds until a patch can be created and released.
